Ubisoft+ Adds New Indie Games to Library

Last year, Ubisoft+ started a cache of indie titles, adding themselves monthly to the subscription's library, bringing games like Lake, Astrologaster, Iris and the Giant, and many more to subscribers. While two indie titles, A Normal Lost Phone and The Last Friend, are leaving Ubisoft+ on January 28 (they remain available for purchase individually at the Ubisoft Store), three more indie titles are joining the lineup today.

Deadly Days

Beware the zombie apocalypse in Deadly Days! When the fast-food chain MKing releases a new additive-laden burger, there's one serious consequence: it turns consumers' brains into meat-addicted monsters. A roguelite strategy game, Deadly Days tasks players with protecting a group of survivors and finding a cure. Roam the streets to find new weapons, unlock special abilities, and complete missions.

The Lion's Song

A narrative adventure set in 20th century Austria, The Lion's Song is composed of four self-contained stories, following three different characters in their creative struggle. There's Wilma, a composer searching for a breakthrough in a secluded cabin; Franz, the aspiring painter trying to build a legacy; and Emma, the mathematician stuck on more than one problem. The decisions players make in each chapter will have an impact on all episodes, and determine whether each character finds their success.

Orbital Bullet

Orbital Bullet is an action-platformer that uses 360-degree gameplay, allowing players to fire projectiles on a curved trajectory. Inspired by roguelite games, players will earn Nanobytes after each in-game death, which they can then use to buy permanent upgrades and skills to help them in their next run. Take up arms and fight through a series of planets and see if you can make it out alive.
