XDefiant Unveils New Faction, Maps, and More at Ubisoft Forward

XDefiant kicks off Season 1 on July 2 with a new faction: the GSK. The free-to-play shooter also teased three new maps during Ubisoft Forward – Daytona, Clubhouse, and Rockefeller – as well as three new weapons, the full debut of Ranked Play, and a Capture the Flag game mode.

Season 1’s content will be revealed in full on July 1 in an episode of XDebrief on YouTube, during which you’ll also get a look at upcoming features, the Season 1 Battle Pass, and more.

XDefiant is currently in its Preseason, and is free to play on PC via Ubisoft Connect, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S. Purchasing the XDefiant Founder's Pack will unlock the DedSec faction with all characters, Game Over legendary skins, and more. Ubisoft+ Premium subscribers also get immediate access to new factions, including the DedSec faction, plus bonus cosmetic packs and a discount on virtual currency.
