*Jump around. Save lives.* That's the simple (yet fun)
equation at the heart of Ubisoft's participation in the (RED)
Campaign. That's also why Rayman Fiesta Run is now (RED) on the iOS
App Store - part of a two-week campaign, along with other games and
apps, called Apps for (RED). Not only will a
special version of Rayman Fiesta Run be available (with all
proceeds going directly to the Global Fund to fight AIDS), but
players can also purchase (RED)-themed in-game t-shirts to help
support the fight for an AIDS-free generation. Why is Rayman
joining this important campaign? "Rayman Fiesta Run is one of our
biggest mobile hits," says Jean-Michel Detoc, Managing Director of
Ubisoft Mobile. "We want to offer players the best experience
possible, and the colorful universe fits well with the (RED) image.
The Rayman brand also has a history of working with charitable
organizations, and the (RED) campaign is definitely something we're
excited about participating in." In the (RED)
version of Rayman Fiesta Run, players will take control of unique
Rayman, Globox and Teensy characters specifically designed for the
Apps for (RED) campaign and collect special crimson-colored Lums.
Fans can also share their participation via social networks, and
invite others to contribute as well. Until December 7, 100 percent
of the proceeds will go to (RED)'s fight against AIDS. "Every day
650 babies are born with HIV and together we can get it close to
zero," says Detoc. "This is a great way to for our legendary
platforming hero Rayman to help in the tremendous cause of fighting
