It's been five years since Riders Republic launched, welcoming over 17 million players to date to ride, board, fly, ski, and more in a massive outdoor playground designed for extreme sports. To commemorate this milestone, Riders Republic hosted a livestream showing off all the in-game celebrations, including special events, new and returning in-game content, an in-game Henri PFR concert, in-game rewards, and more. Free Weekend and Riders Republic Sale
Riders Republic is hosting a Free Weekend from October 22-26, giving you a chance to race your way through the wildlands of US National Parks for free. If you want to keep playing after the Free Weekend ends, take advantage of the Riders Republic sale! Here's a breakdown of savings across platforms:
- Ubisoft Store: Up to 90% off through October 26
- PlayStation: Up to 80% off through November 4
- Xbox: Up to 80% off through November 4
If you do choose to purchase the game, all your progress from the Free Weekend will carry over.
Ubisoft IP Collaborations
Games from across Ubisoft are making an appearance in the Ridge to celebrate Riders Republic's fifth anniversary, including:
- Assassin’s Creed – Edward Kenway-inspired outfit
- Rayman – Rayman-themed BMX and Globox outfit
- Just Dance – Panda coach outfit

Henri PFR In-Game Concert Experience
Henri PFR is coming to Riders Republic! Starting October 22, an in-game concert will air twice a day for two weeks on a big screen in the Ridge. The Ridge has been decorated to celebrate the event, bringing in a light dome in the middle of the area that will transport you from daytime to night when you enter. The songs you can expect to hear during the concert are:
- Newly released single Make Love
- Sola
- Riders Things, a bespoke remix of the Riders Republic theme
Be sure to watch the concert to earn a special reward. Additionally, the three tracks part of the concert experience will also feature on the in-game radio station starting from Season 21.
Henri PFR is a Belgian DJ, musician, producer, and composer. After releasing his first tracks at the age of 14, the Brussels artist quickly attracted the attention of Armin Van Buuren's label Armada, on which he released his first track Tarida. A fan of melody, always on the lookout for sunny sounds, he made his way in the EDM world. In 2020, he entered the Top 100 of the best DJs in the world. After many remixes and gold and platinum records, he releases he music on renowned labels like Warner, Spinnin, Sony, and more.
Limited-Time Events
Running from October 21 – November 4, compete in the 5th Anniversary developer-made UGE, celebrating all that Riders Republic has to offer. The event will feature many Toys, and will be split into two UGE's featuring different sports:
- Week 1 Reward: 5th Anniversary Skis
- Week 2 Reward: 5th Anniversary BMX
Riders Republic is also hosting the Ridge Full send event, running from November 25-December 9 and featuring all Toys released in the past year.

Switch 2 Announcement
Riders Republic is coming to Switch 2 on December 9, letting you compete in extreme sports on the go.
Offline Play Coming to All Platforms on December 9
With the Nintendo Switch 2 version's upcoming release and the game being certified on Steam Deck, the team worked on empowering players to continue their progression even without an internet connection. This Nomad mode allows players to enjoy the majority of Riders Republic's content in single-player. Explore the open world freely and progress through your careers at your own pace. Unlock landmarks, uncover beauty spots and find all the balloons scattered across the world. Continue to customize your character as you wish.
Once reconnected, the game seamlessly reconciles all actions performed offline with your online save. Every bit of progress made while offline is fully reintegrated into your overall Riders Republic progression. Nothing is lost.
This feature is especially valuable for portable platforms like Steam Deck and Switch 2, and also provides a smooth experience during network disruptions or server maintenance for all platforms.
Riders Republic remains a live game, some content is not available online: the shop, the season progression, sponsors, multiplayer modes and user-created events require an internet connection to access.
Offline Play will launch December 9 on all current platforms, including Nintendo Switch 2.
