Rainbow Six Siege Operation Split Fire is live now, introducing a new Defender, targeted map updates, Operator balancing changes, a new Legend Division ranked playlist, new limited-time arcade modes and events, and more.
Noor is a new Egyptian Defender who uses his Horus Lance Launcher to launch flame-spewing projectiles into enemy shields and destructible environment objects, forcing anyone nearby to break their position or get roasted alive. He wields either the Commando-9 or Alda 5.56 as his primary weapon; the TACOPS 1911 or Bailiff 410 as his secondary; and barbed wire or a deployable shield as a gadget to help fortify positions for plant denial.

Villa Targeted Map Update: the first floor Living Room/Library is relocated to the basement, supported by permanent layout changes to create viable alternative objectives and diversify defensive site selection
Operator Balancing Updates: Kali and Dokkaebi’s gameplay has been updated to refine counterplay and tactical options; Lion, Echo, and Kapkan have also received slight balancing updates
Modernized Maps: Stadium Alpha, Stadium Bravo, and House have been visually overhauled; the Shooting Range and Tutorials also received visual updates
Legend Division Ranked Playlist: A new ranked playlist for competitive players looking to climb the leaderboards. It’s launching mid-season, and will require players to have reached Champion Rank and have ShieldGuard Secure Platform and 2FA activation enabled to play
3v3 Arcade Mode: With smaller teams and faster-paced matches, this mode builds on the popular 1v1 Arcade mode while maintaining Siege’s core tactical gameplay
Limited-Time events: From September 23 – October 13, test your drone maneuvering skills in the Wasteland Circuit; then, Doktor’s Curse returns for Halloween with an expanded roster including Mute, Grim, and Hibana
