Rainbow Six Siege Rengoku Event Unleashes Kunai-Powered Chaos

The eternal battle between the Sun Goddess and the Storm God rages once more in Rainbow Six Siege as the Rengoku event returns, running from today through August 13. The limited-time, control area-style game mode pits two teams of five against each other, armed with shotguns and throwable kunai that unleash an array of special powers. Returning effects like flash, knockback, fire, poison, and others are joined by the new heal and freeze kunai to further fuel the creative chaos of combat. These primary gadget effects are complemented by the secondary gadget options - explosive or barrier kunai - that help teams build up or break down defenses. Consider that every Operator in the match is dressed in stylish Rengoku Collection gear, and you've got an event that plays like no other in Siege.

You can unlock a free Rengoku Collection item just for logging in during the event, and earn further free cosmetics through Twitch Drops and a Ubisoft Connect Challenge. New bundles for Azami, Deimos, and Echo are available in the store, as well as six variant bundles offering a new spin on previous cosmetics for Bandit, Hibana, Mozzie, Thunderbird, Fuze, and Osa.

Rengoku also offers a signature event bundle that includes a universal weapon skin, drone skin, and charm. These cosmetics are also available through Rengoku Collection packs, which each reward a random and non-duplicative item.

For the first time, a Masterpiece animated skin is available as the event Memento - a special cosmetic reward for unlocking all the items in the collection.
