The Ubisoft Store is giving Units an upgrade by expanding the games eligible for the discount, making Units one of the best ways to save money and get exclusive items. Discounts on Games
Ubisoft Units can be used to get great discounts for games on your wishlist, even when there's no sale going on. When you redeem Units at checkout, you can get a 20% discount for your whole cart, even if it includes a new release. If there is a sale going on, like the Ubisoft Store's upcoming Winter Sale, the 20% Units discount can be stacked with the sale discount for even bigger savings. You'll need 100 Units to redeem the 20% discount.
In-Game Items
Units can also be redeemed for exclusive in-game cosmetic items in Ubisoft Connect. To see which items are available, click on a game in your Ubisoft Connect library and navigate to the Rewards section, where you'll find items like XDefiant's AA-12 Graffiti Pop skin (60 Units), Assassin's Creed Valhalla's Unibear (60 Units), Far Cry 6's Chorizo or Guapo Chibi (30 Units each), or Rainbow Six Siege's Guerrilla weapon skin (40 Units).
How to Redeem Units
Redeeming Units for the 20% discount is as simple as clicking a button. When you're ready to checkout, head over to your cart. At the top of the Summary box to the right is the option to use your Units. Click the Get Discount button, and you'll get a pop up confirming how much you'll save with your Units. Confirm you want to redeem your Units, and that's it!
To redeem Units for in-game items via Ubisoft Connect, simply click on the item you want and hit Redeem. The item should then be in your inventory the next time you boot up your game.
How to Earn More Units
If you don't quite have 100 Units to redeem, you can easily earn more. You can obtain Units when you level up in Ubisoft Connect, which can be done by completing challenges for owned games. Additionally, with every purchase at the Ubisoft Store, you'll earn one Unit for every $1 USD you spend.* New players who don't have preexisting Ubisoft accounts and create one will receive a welcome gift of 100 Units. Please note that Units cannot be transferred between accounts.
