Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope: Rayman in the Phantom Show is now available exclusively on Nintendo Switch, letting you play as Rayman in a brand-new DLC adventure separate from the main game's storyline. In this final DLC, Rayman teams up with Rabbid Peach and Rabbid Mario to explore the Space Opera Network, an uncanny TV studio operating under the direction of the Phantom.
The tables have turned as the Phantom, who the Heroes first encountered as an enemy in Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle, has now become a struggling studio director who seeks the Heroes' help. To boost the network's low ratings, our Heroes must help create the greatest show ever by engaging in tactical battles on a variety of gigantic TV studio sets inspired by different movie genres and full of references to past Rayman games.
Rayman provides new tactical and exploration possibilities with his classic abilities; leverage the power of the Haircopter to group team jump to new heights, use your charged punch to uncover everything lying behind the curtains, and even grab items with your remote punch while in mid-air.
You can also equip two of Rayman's costumes from previous games to level the playing field in battle: The Rocket costume makes all of your attacks explosive while granting immunity to super effects, and lets you summon a giant rocket that you can freely pilot to damage enemies and their cover. The Vortex costume makes all your attacks wind-based while boosting Rayman's defense, and has a special power that lifts enemies in the air and draws them toward the Vortex.
To help your team during battle, all 30 Sparks from the main story are available from the start, and two new Sparks, Cryoquake and Selfie (which lets the Rabbids create a clone of themselves), can be recruited for the Rabbids. All three Heroes will also have access to a new skill tree specific to this adventure, separate from the main game.
Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope: Rayman in the Phantom Show is out now on Nintendo Switch and requires players to own Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope. If you don't already own the game, you can purchase the new Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope + Rayman Edition, which includes the base game and this third DLC. This DLC is also included as part of the Season Pass and Gold Edition, and can be purchased separately.
