Heroes of Might and Magic III Sails Into World of Warships

Heroes of Might and Magic III, Ubisoft's classic turn-based strategy game set in the mythical kingdom of Erathia, is coming to World of Warships from October 18 to November 8. In the crossover, six heroes, including Catherine Ironfist and Sandro, will become commanders of warships, each equipped with 10 skill points and unique voice-overs (some of which feature a return from Heroes of Might and Magic III's original voice actors). In addition to the heroes-turned-commanders, four other playable characters are making the journey from Erathia to aid in the fight for naval dominance: the elven ranger Mephala, the genie Solmyr, demoniac Nymus, and Gunnar the Overlord.

The collaboration between the two games will also include a new map inspired by Heroes of Might and Magic III in the armory. The map will be composed of hidden squares, and players will be able to unlock different elements of the map using crystals, a special in-game resource.

World of Warships is a free-to-play online multiplayer game that offers players a chance to try their hand at period-accurate naval combat. The game features more 650 ships from 13 different nations modelized accurately from the history of the 20th century, five different ship classes, and environments designed to mimic an accurate naval-warfare experience for the region.

Check out the Heroes of Might and Magic III crossover in World of Warships on PC from October 18 to November 8. Heroes of Might and Magic III is available as a standalone purchase through the Ubisoft Store, and is also playable on PC with a Ubisoft+ subscription.
