Aspiring guitarists and bassists will get their chance to learn some of Ubisoft's greatest hits in Rocksmith Remastered starting this week. The Ubisoft Music Song Pack contains five songs from some of Ubisoft's most popular titles:
- Assassin's Creed II: "Ezio's Family"
- Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag: "Main Theme"
- Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon: "Blood Dragon Theme"
- Far Cry 5: The Road Vikings – "The Ballad of Clutch Nixon"
- Rayman Legends: "Strategy and Spying"
Not only can Rocksmith teach you how to play all five of these songs on guitar and bass, but it can do so at your pace. The difficulty adjusts dynamically, introducing more complexity as you progress, and backing off when it sees you struggle. The five-song pack is specially priced at $4.99 USD, which rivals the Rocksmith-exclusive Bachsmith pack.
This musical Ubisoft celebration also brings with it a special opportunity. The Road Vikings – the artists behind "The Ballad of Clutch Nixon," Far Cry 5's searing anthem to "the greatest man to ever set foot on two wheels" – will appear on this week's Rocksmith developer stream. We'll also be giving away free DLC codes and Ernie Ball prizes during the stream, so tune in at twitch.tv/rocksmithgame on August 2 at 3:00PM PT to experience it all live!
The Ubisoft Music Song Pack will be available in Rocksmith Remastered starting July 31 on PS4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PC, and Mac. For more on the game, check out our previous coverage.
