Operation Commanding Force, the first season of Year 8 of Rainbow Six Siege, is now underway. It introduces Brava, an Attacker from Brazil whose Kludge drone can hack the Defenders' electronic devices to turn the tide of battle. Brava is available now through the premium track of the Commanding Force battle pass, and will be unlockable after two weeks with Renown or R6 Credits. The new season also brings a rework to the reloading mechanic, beginner challenges that reward new players for learning the pillars of Siege gameplay, and, later in the season, anti-cheat measures that target use of mouse-and-keyboard controls on console.

The Rainbow Six Siege free week will be available on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and on PC through Ubisoft Connect or the Epic Games store.
