Brawlhalla Welcomes The Rock, John Cena, Becky Lynch, and Xavier Woods For WWE-themed Event

It's a new day in the squared circle of Brawlhalla as four WWE Superstars join the fray in a special SummerSlam event. As the Adventure Time crew and stars of Hellboy before them, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, John Cena, Becky Lynch, and Xavier Woods are now playable as crossover brawlers with special signature attacks that reflect their in-ring personas. There's also a new game mode called Brawldown, and a new themed map as part of the event, which brings a ring, breakable tables, and rope physics to channel the excitement of a WWE showdown. The event ends on Tuesday, August 27, but you'll still be able purchase these crossovers from Malhalla (the in-game store) after it concludes.

The Rock is an Epic Crossover for Sentinel and brings the heat with a flaming bull and other fiery attacks, John Cena is an Epic Crossover for Hattori and conjures ring ropes to propel himself towards his opponents in flashy strikes. Becky Lynch is an Epic Crossover for Gnash and is happy to send foes flying with a well-placed table, and Xavier Woods is an Epic Crossover for Bodvar who calls on his tag team partners from The New Day, Kofi Kingston and Big E, to cause some destructive mayhem.

Brawlhalla is free to play and available on PC, Xbox One, PS4, and Switch. For more on special events in all Ubisoft games, check out our previous coverage.
