Curse of the Scarab, For Honor’s New Season, Out June 16

Curse of the Scarab is unleashing on June 16 as Season 2 of Year 6 comes to For Honor. After the Great Cataclysm, Bolthorn attempted to use the power of stolen relics to save his people, but he unknowingly released a terrible curse upon Heathmoor in the process. Inspired by Egyptian mythology, the new Season introduces new lore, a Hero Skin for the Raider, Battle Pass, event, and more. Testing Grounds will also return from June 30 to July 7, focusing on gameplay changes made to Guardbreak vulnerability.

Curse of the Scarab will feature new map environments showcasing the curse that has infected Heathmoor, and players can look forward to a three-part short story, "Sands of Ruin," to learn more about Bolthorn's actions; part one of the story releases online on June 17. The new event, Justice of the Pharaohs, is a variation on Dominion mode and brings free lootable weapons, a free event pass, and new orders. The new game mode will be played on a themed version of the Riverfort map from June 16 to July 7.

Finally, the new Season adds a new 100-tier Battle Pass with rewards inspired by Egypt as well as the Battle Bundle - which automatically unlocks the first 25 tiers of the Battle Pass automatically.
