Ubisoft Appoints Sébastien Froidefond as New Chief People Officer

Ubisoft has appointed Sébastien Froidefond as Chief People Officer, effective November 20. In his new role, Froidefond will oversee talent development, workplace culture, global recruiting, talent management, leadership development, compensation and benefits. As the new leader of human resources across all of Ubisoft's global teams he will be responsible for ensuring that HR aligns with the company's overall strategy of creating the best possible experience for players. Froidefond will be a part of Ubisoft's Executive Committee and report to Cécile Russeil, Executive Vice President in charge of Communications, Corporate Affairs, Diversity, Inclusion, and Accessibility, Human Resources, and Legal.

Froidefond brings a wealth of experience to the role, with a 30-year international career in human resources, most recently as Human Resources Americas Lead at Lactalis Americas.
