Captain Laserhawk: A Blood Dragon Remix is out now exclusively on Netflix. Ubisoft Film & Television’s first foray into adult animation, the show follows super-soldier Dolph Laserhawk, who has been imprisoned and forced to lead a team of rebel outcasts on risky undercover missions. The show is inspired by Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon and designed to be an homage to the early ‘90s, and Captain Laserhawk’s world is a brightly colored, violent technocracy called Eden. Eden is populated with remixed versions of characters from Ubisoft’s universes including Rayman, Marcus Holloway, Jade and Pey’j, and more. Check out the full cast below:

Adi Shankar (Castlevania, Castlevania: Nocturne) is the creator and executive producer of Captain Laserhawk: A Blood Dragon Remix. French studio Bobbypills animated the series, with Balak as the studio’s creative director. Mehdi Leffad is the series director. Helene Juguet, Hugo Revon, and Gerard Guillemot are producers from Ubisoft Film & Television.

The soundtrack for Captain Laserhawk: A Blood Dragon Remix is also out now, composed by Swedish synthwave artist Oscillian. The album features an eclectic mix of retro-futuristic tracks like the Captain Laserhawk Main Theme; “High Priority Target,” a guitar-heavy track with pulsating synths and hard-hitting drums; "The Deliverer of Justice," an aquatic folk motif for our amphibian assassin; and “Masculine,” a true-to-form '90s sultry Eurodisco anthem.
