Last week, two of Ubisoft’s leaders, VP of Editorial Bio Jade Adam Granger and Senior Director of Digital Operations Hannah Wolf, presented talks at The Women in Tech World Series Online Festival. The week-long festival offers an immersive, educational experience for women to access proven strategies and tools that support their career goals. In their sessions, Granger and Wolf discussed how they joined Ubisoft, shared highlights from their time here, and offered advice for the next generation of professional women in gaming.
A life-long gamer, Granger shared stories of her journey from videogame fan to videogame designer working on Assassin’s Creed. Now, as a VP on the Editorial team, Granger is responsible for shaping Ubisoft’s entire portfolio of games. To learn more from Granger, including her thoughts on being bold and empathetic, as well as strategies for promoting diversity in the workplace, watch the entire session below.
Unlike Granger, Wolf had no gaming experience prior to joining Ubisoft. Her story is just one example of how Ubisoft welcomes people from all different expertise and backgrounds. Speaking of background, Wolf provides valuable insight into Employee Resource Groups at Ubisoft, including the Women’s Leadership Forum she helped create, along with discussing the power of mentorship.
