Rainbow Six Pro League Announces Season Two, Dates for Season One Finals

The Season One finals for the Rainbow Six Pro League begin later this month, bringing the competition for $100,000 in prize money to a close. If you missed your chance to enter, don't worry. Season Two isn't far behind, and this time the prize this time is even bigger. Beginning May 30 and June 2 for Xbox One and PC, respectively, teams of Rainbow Six Siege players will be able to battle it out for a share of $150,000.

In the meantime, the top-ranked teams from Europe and North America will come together to fight for Season One's prize, with $50,000 going to each winning team on Xbox One and PC. The Xbox One finals are set for April 22 at the ESL booth during PAX East, while ESL itself will host the PC finals at its studio in Cologne, Germany, on May 7. Both events will be streamed live via the Rainbow Six Twitch channel. Players who want to support their favorite Season One team can do so by purchasing special-edition weapon skins, with a portion of the revenues distributed evenly among the teams themselves.
