This week at Ubisoft, a Skull and Bones showcase featuring new gameplay and exclusive interviews premiered; The Division Resurgence and Ubisoft Forward were announced; and developers spoke about accessibility and studio cultures. Check it all out in a roundup of Ubisoft news from July 2-8.

Skull and Bones Coming November 8

Grow from outcast to kingpin in Skull and Bones, the open-world seafaring survival game that will bring the pirate fantasy to your console or PC on November 8. Inspired by the Golden Age of Piracy, it lets you write your own story and forge your destiny across the Indian Ocean. Grow your Infamy by completing contracts and plundering merchant ships, but be careful - whether it's enemy ships or the seas themselves, danger lurks in every corner of Skull and Bones. Long live piracy!

Skull and Bones Offers Unexpected Opportunities for Open-World Plunder

Naval combat is a key feature of Skull and Bones, and its open sea is rife with enemy pirates, merchant ships, rival factions, and more - but some of the best chances for riches and Infamy come from attacking forts on land. In this preview article, Ubisoft News breaks down some of the most lucrative opportunities in the game and gives strategic insight for a successful plunder.

The Division Resurgence Announced

A new free-to-play mobile game, The Division Resurgence will deploy players to the streets of New York City as Agents of the Strategic Homeland Division (SHD). Play solo or in co-op on iOS and Android to save the city as the first wave of SHD Agents to respond to the crisis that set off the events of The Division and The Division 2.
